It consists of a 12-floor and a 17-floor block. 12-floor block is renovated and converted into a 360 bed capacity hotel. This block contains a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, massage and therapy rooms.
17-floor block is designed from scratch and it contains a 670 capacity ballroom, a 300 capacity restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, massage and therapy rooms, a 660 capacity conferenceroom and a 197 bed capacity hotel.
