There are 135 rooms in the 6-floor building. It includes meeting rooms, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and massage and spa areas. In addition, the outdoor pool and the Nusay-II hotel building and the corridor building connecting the existing Nusay-I hotel are within the project.
