There is a conference hall with 500 capacity in this 2-floor culture center.
Stage of the culture center is suitable for theatre/performing arts with its soffit tower. Also, the hall is supported with service places of the stage, artists cloakrooms and make-up rooms.
On the left and right side of the foyer, there are meeting rooms, classrooms, staff rooms and a library.
